Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelhive LLC (“Pixelhive”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit leadsmint.com, use the LeadsMint application at app.leadsmint.com, or contact us. LeadsMint is a tool for finding local businesses, unlocking leads with credits, and managing them in a built-in CRM.
We describe the practices of the service as it works today. If you have a question that this page does not answer, write to hello@leadsmint.com.
1. Scope
This policy covers our public website, the LeadsMint application and its supporting servers. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to or rely on, which have their own policies (see “Sharing and service providers”).
Much of the information in a LeadsMint account is about other people and businesses (the leads you save and the notes you write). You decide what to enter there; see “Information you add to your CRM”.
2. Information we collect
Account and sign-in. Your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form, not as plain text), whether you have confirmed your email address, and the tokens that keep you signed in. We also send transactional email, such as address confirmation and password reset.
Referral information. If you arrive through a partner or affiliate link, a referral identifier is stored in your browser and sent with your sign-up or purchase so the referral can be credited.
Information you add to your CRM. Leads you unlock or add yourself, including the business name, contact name and role, phone, email, website, notes, tags, status, and a timeline of actions on each lead. Search inputs that produced a lead (business type, area, radius) are kept with it.
Search and credit activity. Your searches (business type, radius, whether it was a search or an unlock, and the outcome), your current search session, your credit balance and a ledger of every change to it.
Billing records. The plan you bought, credits purchased, amount paid, and identifiers that link our records to the payment provider’s records. We do not receive or store your full card number; card details are entered with the payment provider.
Technical and usage data. Server logs and security events, such as failed sign-in attempts together with the IP address they came from (used for abuse prevention and rate limiting), plus page views and button clicks measured by our analytics tools (see “Cookies, analytics and similar technologies”).
3. Google Maps Platform and Places data
Finding local businesses uses Google Maps Platform, including the Places API and place search suggestions. When you search, the text you type, the area you choose and the business type are sent to Google so it can return results. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Business details that come from Google, such as phone numbers, websites, addresses and ratings, are shown to you at the time of your request. We design the service not to keep them in our database. What we do store about a Google result is its Place ID, the business name used as the label of an unlocked lead, and the search-area label you selected. Your current search session (your search inputs, the coordinates of the search centre and the list of Place IDs) is kept only so that you can return to your results, and by default it is removed 24 hours after you last used it.
Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Our Terms and Conditions describe the restrictions that apply to you.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments. When you check out, you are taken through Dodo Payments’ checkout, where your payment details are collected and handled under its terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment and the identifiers and amount needed to add credits to your account and keep billing records.
The roles of Pixelhive and Dodo Payments for tax, fraud and compliance purposes are set by the payment provider’s own terms.
5. How we use information and our legal bases
We use information to:
- create and secure your account, and provide the search, unlock, CRM and credit features you ask for;
- process payments, add credits and keep billing and accounting records;
- send service messages such as email confirmation and password reset;
- detect abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate incidents and keep the service reliable;
- understand how the website and application are used and improve them;
- credit referrals to partners; and
- meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we rely on: performing our contract with you (providing the service and processing purchases); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement and basic analytics); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep account, CRM and credit information while your account is active. We have not set fixed retention periods for most data. Billing records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, and security logs as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Search sessions expire automatically as described above.
To close your account or have your information deleted, email hello@leadsmint.com from the address on your account. We will review the request and act on it, except for information we are required or entitled to keep (for example billing records). Deleting your account removes your access; it does not by itself cancel a subscription with the payment provider, so please also tell us if you want a subscription cancelled.
9. Security
We use measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-account access to CRM data, request rate limiting and verification of payment notifications from the payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. International transfers
Pixelhive and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the mechanisms our providers make available, such as contractual protections. Contact us if you would like more information.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can update some details inside your account.
To make a request, email hello@leadsmint.com. We may need to confirm your identity first and will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are not the account holder but your details appear in someone’s CRM (for example as a business contact), you can contact us and we will help where we are able to.
12. Children
LeadsMint is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to let account holders know, for example by email or a notice in the application.
