Terms and Conditions

LeadsMint lets you search for local businesses, unlock selected businesses as leads using credits, and manage those leads in a built-in CRM with notes, tags, statuses and a sales pipeline. Searching does not use credits.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use LeadsMint for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@leadsmint.com if you believe it has been accessed without permission. One person should not share a single account with others.

LeadsMint is paid for with credits, available as monthly subscriptions and as one-time credit packs. The current plans, prices and the number of credits in each are shown on the pricing section of our website and on the plans page inside the application. Those live descriptions form part of these Terms for any purchase you make, and the price and credits shown at checkout apply to that purchase.

Unlocking a business as a lead uses one credit. Unlocking a business you have already unlocked does not charge you again. Search remains available when your balance is zero; credits are needed only to unlock new leads. A subscription adds its credits to your balance each month while it is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. At the time of writing the service does not automatically expire credits; if that changes, we will update these Terms before it applies to credits you already hold.

We may change plans, prices and credit amounts for future purchases. A change does not alter a purchase you have already made.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments under its own terms. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the payment; if a payment fails or is not confirmed, credits are not added. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. You can ask us to cancel a subscription at hello@leadsmint.com.

If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us first at hello@leadsmint.com and we will review it. We do not promise refunds beyond those required by applicable law or by the payment provider’s terms. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank, as disputed charges may lead us to suspend the account while the matter is resolved.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or spam anyone;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the service, or use bots or other automation to search or unlock leads, other than through features we provide;
• resell, sublicense or share access to the service or its data with others;
• circumvent rate limits, credit charges or security measures, or probe or disrupt the service; or
• upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

Business information in LeadsMint comes from Google Maps Platform and is marked “Google Maps”. Your use of it is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

In particular, you must not copy, export, store or redistribute Google Maps content outside the service except as the service itself allows, or use it to build a competing directory or listing product, or to train or improve machine-learning models.

You keep ownership of the notes, tags and other information you enter in your CRM, and you give us the right to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for that content and for having a lawful basis to hold it.

You are solely responsible for how you contact businesses and people found through LeadsMint, including complying with applicable marketing, email, telemarketing, do-not-call and data protection laws. We do not guarantee that any lead will respond or become a customer, or that any contact detail is accurate or current.

The service, its software, design, name and logo belong to Pixelhive or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LeadsMint for your own business in accordance with these Terms. Third-party content, including Google Maps content, belongs to its owners.

LeadsMint depends on third-party services such as Google Maps Platform and Dodo Payments. We do not control them, and they may change or be unavailable. We aim to keep LeadsMint available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using LeadsMint at any time and may ask us to close your account at hello@leadsmint.com. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties about the accuracy or completeness of business information and about results you may achieve.

To the extent permitted by law, Pixelhive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Pixelhive against claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or the content you enter, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continuing to use LeadsMint after a change takes effect means you accept it.
