Use case
A lead finder for local sales teams and territory reps
Reps who cover a geographic territory need to know what is in it, which accounts are worth their time and which they have already visited. LeadsMint helps each rep survey an area, shortlist accounts and keep a record of every touch.
Surveying a territory
A rep can run a search per business type and per area, and review every result for free. The results list can be sorted by rating, filtered by website, and narrowed to a selection. Because one search returns a limited set of results (currently up to 60), reps usually cover a territory in several small searches, starting with the densest area.
Choosing accounts to work
Unlock the accounts you intend to visit or call. Unlocking costs one credit each, which gives a natural limit and encourages reps to qualify before spending. Each unlocked account lands in the CRM with the search that produced it.
Location and rating can help you plan a day of visits: group accounts by area and work them in a loop.
Tracking calls and visits
After each call or visit, set the lead status, add a contact and note what was said and what is next. Filter by Follow-up to start the next day. The pipeline on each lead shows its stage, and you move it yourself.
Team considerations
- LeadsMint is built for individual users. There are no shared team pipelines or manager dashboards today, and credentials should not be shared.
- It does not dial, log calls automatically or send emails.
- If you need territory assignment across a team, you would need to coordinate it outside the product.

Planning a week in a territory
- Pick the areas you will cover and run one search per area and business type.
- Unlock the accounts that fit your route, and group them by area.
- Work each group in a block, updating statuses as you go.
- End the week by filtering for Follow-up and booking the next calls.
This keeps your CRM a faithful record of what happened rather than a list you update once a month.
Keeping an honest picture of your activity
Because every lead has a status, filtering the list by status tells you how many accounts sit at each stage: how many you have yet to contact, how many are waiting on a follow-up, and how many have converted. Review those counts weekly. If a lot of leads sit on Contacted, you probably need a better follow-up routine; if many are New, you are unlocking faster than you can work.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a replacement for our company CRM?
No. It is a lightweight workspace for individual prospecting, and it does not sync with other CRMs.
Can I assign leads to colleagues?
No. Leads belong to the account that unlocked them.
